This online program delivers a self-paced learning program designed to meet all standards for recertification as mandated by the OPPQ. The program provides a review of the existing regulations regarding the ordering of diagnostic imaging by physiotherapists in Quebec. Additionally, the recently updated American College of Radiologists (ACR 2022) appropriateness guidelines for upper limb, lower limb, spine and trauma are provided in easy to use colour-coded reference tables. The clinical scenarios, variants, appropriateness grading and radiation dosage exposure for each imaging modality are provided.
Participants will receive an 85 page downloadable PDF handout to keep as reference. A certificate of completion is provided for submission to the OPPQ to maintain your attestation.
